- Apr 20, 2018 -

According to the sleep survey published by China Sleep Research Association, the incidence of insomnia in Chinese adults is 38.2%, which is higher than the incidence of insomnia in developed countries. The Global Sleep Survey (SLEEPsurvey2002) also showed that 45.4% of Chinese have insomnia problems. Among them, 80% of those who suffer from insomnia are those who are engaged in mental work, such as urban white-collar workers, and those with physical and mental ailments that are subject to great stress. Metropolises such as Shenzhen, Guangzhou, and Shanghai have particularly severe sleep problems because of their fast pace of life and competitive pressures.

Sleep disorders have brought many problems, such as the decline in human immunity, emotional irritability and mental anxiety, mental illness and traffic accidents. Therefore, today's urban people pay attention to the improvement of the quality of sleep. Some people do not hesitate to buy some medicines for sleep aid at high prices, but they do not get the desired good quality of sleep, but instead lead to dependence on drugs.
